Public Policy Campaign Messaging

Wrote messaging strategy for parcel tax campaign. Wrote all press and collateral material. Worked with campaign strategist and brochure designer.Measure B is a modest, temporary, and necessary solution to preserve our community’s standards for quality education during the current state budget crisis. Left unresolved, this crisis will force us to lose experienced teachers and successful classroom programs by this spring. Measure B will allow our community to enact an emergency parcel tax of $75 ($6.25 per month) per year for two years.
